Respect
It is important tha all our pupils, staff and schools appreciate the worth in themselves and others. Our students and families come from diverse background and communities, and throughout their school journey will meet many kinds of people. Having the skills and knowledge to listen, understand, and work with such a rich blend of people and cultures is a vital cornerstone of learning. When children respect – and even celebrate – diversity in others, they find the world to be a more interesting, complex and safer place. Just as understanding replaces ignorance, respect replaces fear.
